Turn around time I s 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Pickup will be at the school (sent home with your child) or at my home.
Refunds will only be given if mistake on my end, not because of not liking the product. Issues must be brought to my attention within 7 days or no refund.
If ordering a custom and information is needed, you must send info through email or facebook message within 7 days or order will canceled.
IMPORTANT: pickup is at my home in portage or sent home with students at PASD. You MUST put student’s name in the box at checkout if you select school pickup or you will be invoiced for shipping/pickup at my home. You will receive an email when item(s) are completed. Once received your item will be available the next business day for pickup.
The shop will be closed from september 24th-october 5th. Order placing will resume October 6th. Any orders place after September 20th will have an increased turn around time! This will not apply to refund policy.
